The recommended maintenance quantity is given to both the male and the female dog and cat for one week before mating, increasing to double this amount on the day before and the actual day of mating. Continue to supplement the diet of mated females for three weeks after mating to protect against abortion or absorption. Vitamin E is also necessary to maintain the skin, coat and nervous system in good health so may be given as a year round addition to the diet. Package contains 100 capsules.
